Dan Duminy tells it straight with “You Don’t Know Me”
It seemed like the singer from Durban had a ton to get off his chest, airing out all his issues with his newest release, titled “You Don’t Know Me”.
The song spoke about Dan’s struggles with dealing with people around him who constantly talk about him behind his back, without a clear understanding of who he really is and what he’s going through.
The chorus pushed this narrative, having the virtuoso explain that in reality, it’s only his family and God that truly knows him and that he doesn’t need to prove anything to anyone else.
This motivational track was a fun listening experience, using instrumentals that created a sense of buoyancy, making it a pleasurable Pop track for many to enjoy.
These are the sort of tracks that continuously elevates Dan Duminy’s status in the game, previously releasing other Pop bangers like “In My Head” and “Let Me Down”.
We look forward to an eventual project from the KZN sensation.
