A thorough investigation needs to be done on K.Keed. I’ve been a long-time fan of the talented mind, and the rapper’s presence in the Hip Hop scene has continued to ascend at a scary rate. Honestly, I’m all here for it.

With her upcoming debut album, “BITE THE BULLET”, steadily approaching, Keed dropped the second single off her project, titled “Save Em”, displaying the sound she’s made so popular within the SA Hip Hop scene.

What I loved most about this track was the eerie atmosphere Keed crafted. The beat, produced by the one and only Bigga Beatz, incorporated menacing instrumentals and weird background noises that had my spine chilling.

More importantly, Keed did a fantastic job at riding the phenomenal beat with her top-tier world play over the crunchy 808s and bass. Keed has this knack for creating the most memorable choruses, and this track achieves exactly that. After one listen, I struggled to get that verse out of my head.

I cannot express how excited I am for the upcoming project. Keed already impressed with her first single release off the album, titled “Indaba Yethu”, alongside J’Something and Kaylow using the track to flaunt more of her singing talents over a vibey Afro instrumental.

The young musician is a true versatile genius and I’m sure we’ll see more of that on the new project. For now, stream “Save Em”, available on multiple streaming platforms.
