MVLICKE gets the ball rolling with “WOAH FREEZE”

The upcoming rapper from Sandton, MVLICKE, finally dropped his first musical output of the year, releasing his new single “WOAH FREEZE”.

The track had the bright lyricist speak on topics like how thankful he is towards God for all the blessings he’s been receiving before talking about the pain he’s endured in his life and his continuous war with the demons in his head.

He continued to talk about other day to day occurrences in his life, however, the chorus was a fun listening experience, having the talented lyricist continuously chant in our ears to “whoa freeze”.

The beat, produced by himself and mixed by KindlyNxsh, was dope to listen to, using raunchy 808s and riveting instrumentals that paired well with the beat.

We also loved what MVLICKE did to his vocals that lingered in the background, having his humming altered to sound like a demon in the background, which was a great touch.

Not much music has been put out from the Johannesburg rapper, with this being what we believe may only be his third release, however, we look forward to hearing more music from the talented virtuoso.
