The future of the Pop and Alt-Pop sound within the Mother City is in safe hands, with the likes of Mila Smith, Anica Kiana, and plenty more all putting in heavy-lifting shifts, elevating the much-appreciated genre.

Pixie Whip is another on the books. A talented vocalist who has the gift of crafting gorgeous Alternative-Pop tracks, and her newest track, titled “Spirited Boy”, achieved just that while also building anticipation for her upcoming EP, “MOOD BUTTERFLY”.

The new single had the songbird feeling grateful for the time she had spent with a lover, wondering how that was even a possibility, but acknowledging how all the efforts were meant for her, additionally adding how lucky she was.

The chorus for this track was lovely to experience, having Pixie shower her former lover with gratitude and thankfulness for the moments they had shared over an upbeat instrumental while guitar notes strummed away.

The beat for this single was lovely to listen to, blending soft elements, guitars, synth’s, loud drums, and everything else going off while Pixie continuously dominated the track with her heavenly vocal performance.
