Tae Legolie & Karmina Milojevic Drop Their New House Number “Around You”

In our interview last year, I recall Tae Legolie expressing how much she had been wanting to explore the House Music scene, and it’s awesome to witness that finally happen.

The Capetonian vocalist partnered up with Karmina Milojevic, a gifted French Serbian DJ and producer, releasing their exhilarating Afro-House single, titled “Around You”.

This banger of a House track had the gifted songbird harmonize alongside the upbeat instrumental of the high-tempo track.

I enjoyed this listening experience as the heavy intensity of this dance tune combined perfectly with Tae’s soothing vocal performance, making it instantly clear that Tae had found a new home to further explore her sound.

And we cannot forget how enjoyable of a joint this was without mentioning Karmina’s production for the track. The talented beatmaker has graced some of the biggest stages in Europe, and for her to partner up with Tae is something I’m so blessed to witness.

I think versatility is an important thing for an upcoming artist, but actually seeing it happen always blows my mind. Listening to Tae’s 2024 R&B release, “Changing Channels”, to this new single is a complete shift in gears for the emerging singer. It’s a beautiful thing to see.
